Precautions for installation and use
◆ The direction of flow arrow of the flowmeter should be consistent with the direction of fluid flow in the pipeline.
◆ The pipe to install the flowmeter should comply with the straight pipe section stipulated in this manual (such as: instrument pipe installation requirements), otherwise it will affect the flow rate
The measuring accuracy of the meter will damage the flowmeter seriously.
◆ Installation flow timing, in the process of welding flange or pipeline, the flow meter must not be on the pipeline, so as not to damage the internal parts of the flow meter.
◆ Check the installation and wiring of the flow meter carefully before running.
◆ If the DC24V power supply flowmeter, be sure to use a multimeter in advance to test whether the DC24V power supply contains alternating current components. If it contains alternating current components, do not wire, it will cause the circuit board to burn out and cannot be used, please ensure that the power supply is DC24V.
◆ After power on, observe whether there is flow display on the LCD screen.
◆ Slowly open the valve, the opening time is not less than 2 minutes, to a small pressure to stop, observe whether there is leakage around the sensor, and observe whether the LCD screen has flow display.
◆ If the situation is normal, then open the valve, stable for a period of time, observe whether the flow displayed on the LCD screen is normal.
