Working principle

There are four types of wetted materials for the sensor:stainless steel,hastelloy,

titanium,and stainless steel lined with FEP;users can choose different wetted materials  according to different process pressures and the corrosive requirements of the medium to meet the pressure resistance of the process and the anticorrosive needs of the

medium.According to different measurement requirements,users can choose different    ndicator combinations to achieve different measurement requirements when selecting   models.For the specific indicator form and its corresponding functions,see the indicator type spectrum table.

The measurement of the flow rate is carried out by the transmitter in the indicator by

coupling the magnetic steel to feel the change in the position of the float to complete

the indication of the flow rate and the remote transmission of the signal.When the

measured medium flows through the measuring tube from the bottom upthe float is

balanced by gravity,buoyancy,and the driving force of the fluid flow rate on the vertical   upward direction of the float.The float is relatively stationary in a certain postion.This     position varies with the area of the ring gap between the float and the cone tube and the flow rate of the fluid.The position of the float corresponds to the size of the flow rate of   the medium under test.
