Product Overview: This product adopts the float flow measurement principle, calculates the displacement distance of the float in the mixed liquid through magnetic sensing, and calculates the volume of the mixed liquid flowing through per unit time based on the quantitative relationship between the displacement distance and volume, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid measurement.

Working Principle: The fluid flow rate is determined by measuring the float's position, based on the relationship between the fluid's flow rate and the force exerted on the float. As the measured fluid passes upward through the annular gap formed by the pipe and the float, a pressure differential is generated between the upper and lower ends of the float, creating a force that lifts the float. When the force acting on the float is greater than the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, the float rises, and the annular gap area increases. The fluid flow rate in the annular gap immediately decreases, and the pressure differential between the upper and lower ends of the float decreases, reducing the force acting on the float. This force, when equal to the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, stabilizes the float at a certain height, demonstrating a correlation between the float's height in the pipe and the flow rate.

This device combines an impulse-sensing float flowmeter with a gas-liquid ratio monitoring device.
